Shipping Timeline: Our goal is to have all items packaged and shipped within

3-7 business days of receipt of the order.

Shipping Process: I send the package (Do Not Work on Sundays) from Vermont. They go to New Hampshire from Vermont. Unfortunately, the New Hampshire Post Offices are often backed up. I apologize for any delays. Rest assure that the packages are insured through the Post Office. They are the ones that will do refunds. I know how frustrating this is. Thank you all for being so patient and understanding.
